A long, long way!

My hometown newspaper, the Rochester Post-Bulletin, ran a front of the sports page story on my Western States race on Wednesday, which just happened to be my birthday! It featured a large finishing photo along with a smaller headshot, and I'm grateful to Paul Christian for taking the time to talk to me about my journey and give some publicity to the Wounded Warrior Project that means so much to me.

The Marathon Show podcast wanted to talk to me?!

I'm still working on the race report, but wanted to share a link to the interview I gave Joe from the Marathon Show about my Western States experience. If you're not familiar with the Marathon Show, check out some old podcasts for interviews with better guests than me, great advice, and a whole lot of fun!
